Palmer Venture LLC is a small, focused practice. We work with owner-operated businesses that have outgrown sticky notes and memory, and want their work to keep happening when they're not in the room.
Why we exist
Most small businesses don't fail because the owner isn't talented. They stall because the same problems keep coming back — re-doing an intake, chasing a payment, training a new hire from scratch for the third time.
We fix that by writing things down and wiring things together. SOPs so the team isn't guessing. Workflows so handoffs don't get dropped. Practical AI so the repetitive work stops eating your calendar. And we ship in days — because a system you have to wait a quarter for isn't a system, it's a slide deck.

We sit with the work as it actually happens. No fantasy org chart. We leave with a ranked list of what to fix.

Smallest practical version of the system, in production, used by real people. SOP written. Tools wired together.

After your team has used it for real, we come back, fix the rough edges, and document what to do next.
